Catering Agreement

cateringagreementTo confirm your event, a signed Catering Agreement is required, with a deposit of $1000.

The Catering Agreement Includes:

  • Specific deposit amounts.
  • Preliminary event details including date and event timing.
  • Due date.
  • Cancellation.
  • Refund.
  • Final payment policies.

The remaining balance is due is due one week prior to the event.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and business checks.

Guarantee Numbers for all catering requests are due one week prior to your event. After your one week deadline, you may add to the guest count but not decrease it.

The guaranteed number of guests attending is meaningful in ensuring that your menu selections and scheduled service are adequate to meet your guests’ needs.

  • Audio visual needs
  • Tenting
  • Floral arrangements

If you are looking for catering at a different location or venue, we are always happy to make suggestions.

Please note that each location has its own specific characteristics. Certain menu items may need to be adjusted to ensure a quality product.
